The Pinokio hopper is the only hopper that holds that many paintballs.
You pour them carefully from the bag into the hopper.
Hopper or Loader
This all depends on the feedneck on the gun. That is, the circular part on top of the gun that connects the hopper to the marker. If it is clamping feedneck, simply release the clamp, push it down all the way and close the clamp appropriately. Others you may have to unscrew with an Alan key, and on the lower guns, just push it on their to the best of your ability. Though clamping feedneck is by far the best to have on a gun, due to the fact that it decreases the possibility of the hopper coming off.
It is a feature on a hopper that allows it to know if there are any paintballs in the feed stack (the tube that goes into the gun) and feeds them in automatically if there aren't.
It depends on what type of marker it is, and what size of the paint you are using. Note: these numbers are average for 68-caliber paintballs (the most widely used size of paintballs). Your actual number can be higher if you use a smaller size of paintball (e.g. 50-caliber paintballs) If it's a hopper-fed, it could be somewhere from 100 to 200 on the average. If it's fed by a tube or some form of limited-paint format (like a paintball "magazine"), it could go from 10 to 20 paintballs or so.
A hopper topper of 100 balls is $5.00, a bag of 500 balls is $25.00, and a case of 2,000 balls are $65.00.
Yes but you are going to have to get an E-trigger and it is well known for chopping paintballs unless you get some eyes and a decent hopper.
A hopper is like a holder a hopper usually holds 180-200 paintballs, a hopper feeds paintballs down into the chamber of your gun were the bolt can force it out the barrel. I strongly recomend you invest some money in a good electronic hopper. A tank holds air which is like food for your paintball gun, it is used to operate all the parts in your gun, there are three types of air used in a paintball gun there is co2, which is not good for your gun because it might freeze your gun up and god forbid u might get frost bite but is rare, there is compressed air which is the best for your gun, then there is nitrogen which is better then co2 but worse then compressed air.
This us usually because: Your bolt is chopping the paintball in half, because the loader is too slow. There are broken paintballs in your hopper, which, when hit by the bolt, explode.
It's not as much a safety issue as it is a waste of paintballs. When it rains, humidity is much higher than usual. This high humidity, along with the water possibly entering your hopper leads to minor swelling and softening of the paintballs, which in turn leads to barrel-bursts and/or chopping. For the sake of your own frustration, rather don't... Keep it dry!
The number of paintballs in a pound can vary depending on the brand and size of the paintballs. On average, there are about 70-100 paintballs in a pound. It is recommended to check with the specific brand or manufacturer for accurate information.
