For most Airborne regiments in the US and Canada, a 7 minute mile is the SLOWEST time. These units are made up of a broad range of body types and ages but most are around the 185-195 pound weight range. There is no reason to think that 185 pound man would be harmed by running that pace unless there is some other obvious or underlying physical issue.

No
it will depend on what kind of bench it is :P
the male can get up to 1 pound!
This depends on a lot of things such as fitness. If in doubt consult a doctor.
For an elite male, 4:00 or faster; For an elite woman 4:30 or faster.
1 hr 3 minutes
500 pound
A good 4-mile run time for a 35-year-old male would typically fall between 28-32 minutes, depending on his level of fitness and training. It's important to consider individual factors such as running experience, genetics, and overall health when determining what constitutes a "good" time.
If male, I guess thats pretty good. If female, try to loose a pound or 2; otherwise, I guess it would be fine
a sexual thought every minute
its 1 to 2 minute..................
