Generally, for a male, a bodyweight bench is good to aim for, so 80 lbs.
A females with the same weight would have less muscle so something around 60 lbs is good to aim for.
HOWEVER, these are just some general goals, make your own goals that YOU feel comfortable with. And once you achieve them, EXECEED them!
The bench is 32" x 24" x 16" and weighs 55 pounds.
Suh bench presses about 470 pounds. almost 170 pounds more than what he weighs!
in 2003 he bench 385 reportedly by a scout
he can bench press 225 Tiger woulds can bench press 190lbs.
150-180
No, you should be able to bench your weight at least.
If your a guy then you should bench up to 145 & if your a girl you should bench up to 95 or more. However, that generalization really depends on your height and body type. If you are tall or overweight, then you will press less than someone who is shorter or stockier, respectively.
You should be able to atleast bench over 385.
Johnny Bench is 6 feet 1 inches tall. He weighs 197 pounds. He bats right and throws right.
If your 90 pounds you should be benching 90 pounds, you should be able to bench your own weight An age is typically useful, but 90 lbs. should be the goal (bench your own weight). My cousin is 12 (turning 13 next month) and he weighs 90 lbs, but bench presses 120. I'd say he is very strong for his age and weight but, yeah I'd say 90 lbs. is a good goal to reach.
