Generally, for a male, a bodyweight bench is good to aim for, so 80 lbs.

A females with the same weight would have less muscle so something around 60 lbs is good to aim for.

HOWEVER, these are just some general goals, make your own goals that YOU feel comfortable with. And once you achieve them, EXECEED them!
