im 6ft8 and play College Football at South Carolina wiegh 315 at o line and squat 675 but at your age about 145
It, like the bench press, depends on your weight. I started lifting at 11, and I'm 12 now, turning 13 in 13 days :). I am 5'3 right now, but I only weigh 90 or so pounds... It wasn't until this past summer that I really started to work on squats. Even when the school year started I didn't really have time because I wrestle, and so I focused primarily on the bench press. Recently though I've been working hard, and I can squat a max of 170-180... It depends on your size, some bigger 13 year olds can squat over 200. I'm in the 7th grade and hope to squat 200 by the end of the year... For the average joe though, 120-145 would be good for a 13 year old.

A regular 13 year old with dumbbells should be lifting around 8-11 kgs max.
You need to be able to do at least 7 reps per set.
For bench press, 15-50 kgs max would be enough.
For deadlift around 100kgs would be good.
I'm a strong 12 year old and my dumbells are 8 kg for 6 reps.
Bench press, 25kg for 10 reps.
Deadlift is 87kgs.
I'm a 13 year old and I started by bicep curling 5kg each hand, and over a few months, I can now curl 10-15kg, depending on what my energy levels are.
Just work hard and regularly and you'll build it up.
Depending on how much the person weights themselves it may vary but for a starter about 135 pounds.
