For a 13-year-old girl: You should probably be able to do at least 5 (real push-ups, not girl push-ups). If you can work your way up to doing 20-25, you're doing awesome.

For a 13-year-old boy: You should probably be able to do at least 8-10 real push-ups. Try to eventually be able to do around 25-30.

A 13 year old boy should not lift a single weight. If he is eager to get bigger or stronger make him do the basics such as push ups, pullups, or situps. At that age his body is still trying to grow, so it's important to let his body grow or his height may not be very tall as he gets older.

There is no set limit, upper or lower. But if a 13 year old cannot do at least ten then there are probably some health issues

For a 13 year old boy doing push ups: 40 push ups. 13 year old boy doing sit-ups: twice as much as you do your push ups which is 80.

I'm 13, I'm pretty average, and I can do 80 push ups in one minute and 500 in 7 minutes easily.

Yeah that other guy who answered is a dumb-frick. I can do 11 and I am almost 13. I think the average should at least be 2. I weight train so I am an exception
