1) you can not hold the ball for more than 3 seconds
2) if your are holding the ball, you cannot step
3) you must stay in your positions (dont go offside)
4) no swearing at any player, coach or team member
5) gracefully abide by the umpires call
6) no snatching the ball of someone else
7) no grabbing anyone, tripping or pushing
8) no bouncing the ball and catching it again
9) Only GA and GS can shoot
10) no jewellery or long nails
