The answer is 5. (1915, 1938, 1970, 1979, 1981.)
29 for 16 wins and 13 losses.
8, but they've only won one.
They met in 7 grand slam finals........ nadal defeated federer 5 times in it ( 3-french,1-wimbledon,1_australian)............
He won eight grand slams and a gold medal in the Olympics
He has played in 7 premierships for the Hawks, captaining 4
Collingwood have lost more finals than any other afl team when they loose is referred to as the colliwobbles That's one way to look at it, the other way is that they are the only team good enough to play in so many finals, also please don't leave out they have won the most finals! But they have not won the most Grand finals; that honour belongs to both Carlton and Essendon.
The question is actually invalid, because both Essendon and Carlton have won the most at 16 premierships each. Therefore, the next team will have won the third most AFL Premierships; and that is Collingwood. The Collingwood Magpies have won 15, but they have lost many more grand finals than they have won!
