If you sell your cards to a dealer you will only get about half the market value, more or less depending on the popularity of the icard, and the length of time the dealer thinks it would take to resell the it. You would want to sell to a collector to get the full market value.
eBay is a good venue for selling collectibles. You can do well but must be good at describing the item (condition) thoroughly, use good pictures to show the item. There are plenty of hard core collectors shopping on eBay, and spending big money.
