∙ 13y agoTom Brady entered the draft after his 4th year at Michigan, he got drafted by the patriots in the 6th round as the 199th overall pick and joined the patriots roster as a 4th string quarterback, he moved to second on the roster near the end of the 2000 season. in 2001 he got the starting position after an injury to Drew Bledsoe.
