Just Hit The Weight Room Hard But For Every Upper Body Excerise You Do You Need At Least Two Lower Body Excerise. Hit The Powercling and handcling to those will help you with using your momentum to your advantage. i also recomend getting you shoulders bigger and your neck real use to being able to handle weight. The Main Muscle Groups in hitting harder is your back neck and legs most importantly if you can get these stronger you will see less people throwing you around on the field and more people telling you to not go so hard.
