It depends on what you are good at. If you have exceptional balance, and are a light person, football will be harder. If you are a heavier, strong, person who does not have good balance, you will find Ballet is harder.
Well, ballet and gymnastics are actually quite alike so the answer is no.
Ballet is much harder than football. In football all they do is run around in tight pants and lots of padding. In ballet u preform. plus, u need strength, endurance, flexablity, grace, and more. plus, in ballet, you don't get any padding. it takes about 8 to 9 years to go en pointe. all u football players try to stand on ur toes for minutes at time. yah, u cant do it. in ballet u have to make everything graceful. if u fall, u fall onto a hard stage instead of football where u fall onto grass, plus in ballet u have 2 get right back up and keep dancing even if u broke ur ankle in the fall. i am a ballet dancer and i asked some football players how many days a week they spend at football and they all said 4. i spend 6 days a week, 10 1/2 hours dancing. in 100 years, people will remember george balanchine. if after reading this, i hope u understand how hard a sport ballet really is. if u still don't think it is that hard, i challenge u 2 take at least 3 ballet classes. you will be challenged.
Football players do ballet for structure and posture. They practice gracefullness before they stary professional leagues.
You can either work harder at ballet and they will be nicer, quit, or if the teacher yells at you tell her to stop.
break dancing lets off more energy but ballet is harder

Football. Yes, it sounds crazy, but it's true. It's because they use the same muscels. It's legit, a guy at my ballet school started because he plays football, but now does it cause he likes it. that's why theres the expression "if ballet was any easier, it would be called foot ball" or "if ballet was any harder, it would be called football."

They both take alot of practice so both are harder in their own way

yes, yes it is. if u want it in short words there u go :)but if u want to feel us ballerinas pain, here u gowe spend atleast 18 hours training a week, we can barely walk because se over stretch , we have to watch what we eat, we also have to wear super painful shoes and if we are in a professional performance, if we sprain our ankle we have to keep going no matter what.football is a grueling sport, but ballet is harder
