What i did was i practiced bridges and back streches. then i would have a good bridge. then u can try to stand up out of a bridge (get someone to help you with this part) then once standing up is a litytle easier. try doing a handstand then landing in a bridge then use the momentum to pull your self up. for a back walkover. i suggest getting a block and doing a bridge on it with ur legs on it and ur hands on the floor. then push up to a bridge and try to kick your legs o ver your head. after u got that mastered try a lower block. eventually u will be down to the floor and doing a perfect walkover!!! hope this helped :)
