In general, all Martial Arts will be teaching and practicing very similar things. The human body only moves in certain ways, and that pretty much restricts variation. Both will work on strength, flexibility, balance and knowledge of how the body works. Sometimes, a martial arts class will also teach you the art's native language and history.
