It is important to:

  1. bend your knees.

  2. keep elbows straight, and close to the body.

  3. depending on which hand you shoot with, use the other hand to guide the ball.

  4. follow through, with your shot.

  5. have good form.

  6. flick your wrist.

  7. once you shoot the ball keep your hand in the air until the ball hits the rim. (makes you look like you know what you are doing even if you don't!!!)

  8. nice easy soft shot. If it is to hard most likely you will miss the shot.

  9. Don't over think the shot!

  10. Take the shot even if you do think you will miss it.

  11. last of all have fun!!!
