Football. Yes, it sounds crazy, but it's true. It's because they use the same muscels. It's legit, a guy at my Ballet school started because he plays football, but now does it cause he likes it. that's why theres the expression "if ballet was any easier, it would be called foot ball" or "if ballet was any harder, it would be called football."
