from head to toe every muscle in our body.
You dont need much muscle for ballet
Ballet helps you with musicality, discipline, flexibility, muscle strength, and attention to detail.
Ballet works pretty much all of them, as you are using your body, legs and arms.
The ring of skeletal muscle that regulates the movement of a bolus into the esophagus is called the upper esophageal sphincter (UES). The UES opens to allow the passage of food and liquid into the esophagus during swallowing and then closes to prevent aspiration into the trachea.
I would probably say your thighs or metatarsals.
The population of FGC UES is 21,019.
FGC UES was created in 2002.
RAO UES ended in 2008.
The population of RAO UES is 577,000.
Hell yes ballet dancers are stronger. Footbal players are all meat and muscle that isnt true. Ballet dancers also can go on pointe it takes extreme muscle time and effort to do that. Anyone can doggie pile like an idiot but can anyone do a double pirouette on pointe? The answer is no.
That all depends how much calf-muscle exercising you do. If you do Pointe, your whole leg will get strong--but not bulky. Ballet doesn't really give you hulking muscles.
There is no particular level. :) Just make sure you take at least 2 years of ballet before you build the muscle memory and experience to advance to that level.
