If their team mate passed the ball deliberately, with their feet, and the goal keeper then touches it with their hands within their own penalty area, then an indirect free kick is awarded to the opponents at the place where the goal keeper handled it.

Indirect soccer kicks?

They are given when a defender passes the ball with his feet (his head or chest don't count for this rule) to his goalkeeper and the goalkeeper touches the ball with his hand or arm. The ball is placed where it was at that time (inside or outside the penalty box, not necessarily on the penalty spot), and the attacking team must make a pass before shooting. Walls must be at least 9.15 metres away from the ball (and at most on the goal line) and can contain any number of defensive players.

Can a goal keeper go in to the other team's penalty area and pick the ball up?

In short, no. A goal kick is not complete (the ball in not yet in play) until the whole of the ball crosses the whole of the penalty area line and into the field of play. If the goalkeeper touches the ball before it completely leaves the penalty area, the goal kick must be retaken. If the goalkeeper touches the ball with his hands after the ball has left the penalty area and become "in-play", then he is guilty of a handling infraction because the ball is not within the keeper's own penalty area anymore. Either the ball is still in the penalty area or it isn't; it can't be both. This is all without even considering the fact that a goalkeeper cannot handle a ball that has been intentionally kicked to him by a teammate, the so-called "pass-back" rule.

What does out of area in soccer mean?

Handling outside of the area or box, is when a goalkeeper picks up or touches the ball with a hand or arm intentionally, outside of the designated area, otherwise known as the penalty box. Out of the area, probably just means when a keeper leaves that area.

Is there a situation in soccer when the goalkeeper may not handle the ball inside the penalty box?

Yes. If the ball is kicked to them or thrown-in to them directly from a team-mate. If the goal keeper releases the ball from their hands they cannot pick it back up again until another player touches it.

How many teams are in U12?

No more than 11 per team. Different leagues will have different numbers based on the needs of the players. For example, a lot of recreational leagues will play with 8 per side to allow the players more touches on the ball. More in-game touches increases skill.

A kick by the goalkeeper who holds the ball in his hands?

If the keeper drops the ball and then kicks it before it touches the ground, it is called a punt.

What rules are there in football?

The rules are that any players can't touch the ball with there hands or there's a penalty. Only the goalkeepers could touch the ball with there hands. Another rule is the you can't injure or hurt anyone or an penalty will apply, the least worse penalty is a free kick for the injured players team, the worst is a red card which sends you off the field. Same for if an player touches the ball, except it's just an free kick. When the ball gets to the penalty box which is the goalkeepers box and penalties the opposite team gets a penalty shot which is 12 feet away fo the goal. :)

Soccer rules after using the feet then picking it up with hes hand back pass?

I'm going to assume that you are asking about a ball that is deliberately kicked back to the goalkeeper by a teammate, then picked up. If the keeper touches the ball with his hands outside of the penalty area (the "18"), the offense is handling and the other team is awarded a direct kick from the spot where the keeper first touched the ball with his hands. If the keeper touches the ball with his hands inside the penalty area but outside the goal area (the "6"), the offense is goalkeeper handling and the other team is awarded an indirect kick from the spot where the keeper first touched the ball with his hands. If the keeper touches the ball with his hands inside the goal area, the other team is awarded an indirect free kick from the spot on the goal area line nearest where the ball was first touched by the keeper.
