if a city can not host the Olympics it goes back to the previous host city
i.e. if sochi can not host the 2014 winter Olympics it goes back to Vancouver
if London is unable to host the 2012 Olympics it goes back to Beijing
It cannot. Nothing happens without a reason.
Better have a good reason or you may be seeing a judge.
One reason why Philadelphia was chosen as the site of the convention was because of the symbolic Independence Hall.
the reason the capital was chosen is because the capital was the first city in Chile

because of the god
The Olympics are typically chosen based on the host country's ability to be able to support an international competition like the Olympics. If Athens, Greece and Beijing, China have been selected as viable places, there is no reason on its face why Israel should not be chosen given that Israel can financially manage all of the preparations requisite to create an Olympic village. However, given that many countries in the Olympics would boycott any competition held in Israel and would vote against Israel in the voting process, it is highly unlikely that Israel will ever host the Olympics. Additionally, it would seem much harder for Israel to guarantee the safety of the athletes given the near-constant conflict with Hamas.
yes if something bad happens remember everything happens for a reason
This is impossible. A cyclone cannot cross the equator. The reason why this cannot happen is because the Coriolis Force reduces to almost nothing at the equator. The effect on a cyclone would be to cause it to dissipate.
The Olympics is being held in London this year, because it was voted to be the host city after submitting to the Olympics board. This is also the same reason why Brazil is going to host the Olympics in 2016.
Because it is something everyone can do. But I think it should be in the olympics because there are pros. in the world and they would be good to be in the olympics. I think it should be in the olympics and that is my reason.
