Your leg muscles are used a lot assuming your technique is right. You're lower back and abs are also used.

∙ 13y agoYou mostly use muscles in your legs(hamstrings, quadriceps, ext.), if your technique is correct. Some of the arms are used as well, like biceps, deltoids,and maybe a little bit of triceps.
