the name of the icc was changed from the imperial cricket conference to the international cricket conference.
The Imperial Cricket Conference(I.C.C) was responsible for the regulation of cricket through out the would. It was dominated by the member from two countries England and Australia. They have the veto power. With the disappearance of british empire the veto rights were abolished and equal membership to other cricketing countries was introduced.Eventually the head quarters shifted from Lord's in England to a neutral city of Dubai. Therefore the name of imperial cricket conference was changed to International Cricket Conference
The first name is Cricket but I dont remember the last name...

The name was changed because of decolonisation. This was a process by which the British influence in many areas, one of them sports, declined. Cricket was no longer the monopoly of the imperial powers. Cricket was becoming international. In time, it came to be accepted that the laws of cricket could not continue to be framed for British or Australian conditions of play and they became part of the technique of all bowlers, everywhere in the world.
Dirk Nannes played for Australia and Netherland Keepler Wessels played for Australia and South Africa. He was first cricket player to play for two countries.
