Make sure you players stay with their method DON'T CHANGE NO MATTER HOW BAD YOUR DOING!!! ~Make sure they have High Arch ~NON-Shooting foot back a little ~NON-Shooting hand stays down, While Shooting hand stays up (snap wrist) ~Young Players need knees bent to jump, its all about legs, NOT ARMS!! ~Older Expericed players don't need to jump, it throws off accurixty!! yes it throws of you shot but the repetion of shooting in the same motion over an over again will help your shot basicly form is what you want to practice not distance or height

yes a boys ball is slight heavier than a girls and it can throw off your shooting very bad so stick with a girls ball
