Moving the ball along the ground using a pushing movement of the stick after the stick has been placed close to the ball. When a push is made, both the ball and the head of the stick are in contact with the ground.

A push pass is when your in a lunge and your stick is on the ball and you move the stick forward til it's even with your face (while your in a deep lunge). It should not make a noise (because there should be contact before it's "hit"). The ball should go about 20 feet or less because it's a popular PASS to other players and it's used often when your mid or forward. Used offensively.
