it depend on how good you are or how good you want to be
Example:
say if somebody had there splits down perfectly then apposed to the other one not close at all. the person that wasn't close would have to practice more.
another example:
say you want to be the best in your class. you have to practice more then too.
but my advice practice as much as you can!!!
Practice.
not when you practice it
not much to say here just lots of practice and i assure that you will see a difference in your technique
it depends on how natural you are at it when you start and how much and often you stretch and practice.
The red one :)
Ballet is definitely supposed to visually look graceful, although the work can be very strenuous for the dancer.
2 years of ballet is not enough practice. I have been taking ballet for 9 years and am still not ready. It also depends on your growth plate and how strong your ankles are.
To answer both of your possible questions: No. Tights are not supposed to be see through.
a ponytail or a ballet bun
barre
Ballet barres are basically long poles made of wood, plastic, or metal that ballet dancers use during the beginning portion of class known as "barre." They are used a support for the dancer when they are learning, although you are not supposed to rely on the barre too much. Ballet barres are often attached along the walls of a studio, but are also freestanding.
It is called the barre.
