Depends who you are cheering for.
most definitely. you are not stopping moving in cheerleading, and being fit and flexible can help avoid injuries.
Cheerleading can help your health by making you fit. Most people do not realize it but, cheerleading is a lot harder than it looks. There is a lot of physical ability that is needed to be able to cheer.
Its important to keep fit and healthy for cheerleading but you dont want to get over the top with being really thin and fragile because there is no point. If you are good at cheerleading and say 120 kilos and you are able to do everything really well, they would rather put you on the squad than someone who is 35 kilos, fragile and doesn't have as much determination.
Not much at all - most of them have regular jobs and do the Cheerleading as a side gig.
NOT Enough!!! :)
Cheerleading uniforms have changed dramatically over the years. The biggest way they have changed is the size and fit. Uniforms used to be somewhat modest and bigger on the cheerleaders.
about 6000-10000 a year
There is no official date of when cheerleading became a sport. This is because there is still much debate over its status as a sport
Cheerleading is a rush, it keeps you fit, you never know when your body will give up but when you think it will push it harder. cheerleading is throwing girls up and over your heads for a living and when it falls you start from the beginning. cheerleading is wearing short skirts for those football players and popping your butt whenever they look. cheerleading IS a sport people say it isn't but it is. cheerleading is very competitive and whenever you step on that big blue mat at comp it means to give it your all and hitting all your moves ten times better for that hundreth of a point that you need to beat the others.now that the definition of cheerleading!
