What was the best World Series ever?

1960 WS Bill Mazeroski HR one of the bestIt would be tuff to choose which World Series was the best ever. It would come down to an opinion. The World Series has been played since 1903. It would be hard to compare a World Series we watched in our lifetime to a World Series played years before we were born. Great moments in World Series history live on forever so you can choose which World Series was one of the best ever. With that said, the 1960 World Series was reported to be one of the most exsiting World Series of all. The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the New York Yankees ending in Game 7 which has been rated as one of the most exciting games in World Series history. The lead and momentum changed several times during this classic baseball game that was ultimately won by a spectacular walk-off home run by Pirate second baseman Bill Mazeroski. The World Series MVP was from the losing team, New York Yankees Bobby Richardson. It must have been a great series.
