How does sport effect fitness?

I think that it helps you get into shape because ALOT of sports involve running... Which trains you body and helps you get your body to a good weight! It also effects fitness because part of fitness is that you tend do more if you like it and you like it , if you are good at it! So sports help you get better so that you like it , so that you do it more often and so you are fitter! (if that makes any sense)! ~Bella
