First you take a wrench that will NOT STRIP the bolt then you
unscrew the bolts on the wheel. Then take off the old wheel
and if u want to keep the BARRINGS then take them off and put
them on the new wheel. Then you screw the new wheel on but
NOT TOO TIGHT or the wheels WON'T SPIN!
