The Cathe Ergo Wing Ankle Weights are highly recommended.
Avoid them. They seem like they might be a good idea, but they are not. They are useless for strength training because they are too light. They are counter-productive for fitness training because they are too heavy and throw off your natural motion. The same applies to wrist weights. Unless a physician to correct some anomaly prescribes using them, do not bother with them.
Some ankle weights may contain lead in the form of pellets or fillings for added weight. It's important to check the product specifications or consult the manufacturer to confirm if lead is present in the ankle weights before purchase to ensure safety during use.
