It comes with all you need. Screw the large screw into the center of the back of the board. Leave a little gap behind the head of the screw so you can hang the board but not so much that the board will wobble. Nail the three springs to the back at about two inches/ five cm from the edge, 1/3 of the way around the board from each other. It's good to have a backboard to protect the wall (if you're setting up at a pub, you can get them free from the beer vendors). Screw the bracket to the wall/backboard so that the screw at the center of the board will be 5' 8" from the floor. The distance along the floor from the plane of the surface of the board to the throw line is 7' 9¼".
Many find it easier to measure from the center of the bull to the throw line, or oche (pronounced like hockey). Since that measurement is the hypotenuse of a right triangle, and a2 + b2 = c2, that distance is 9' 7.4".
If your oche is a strip of tape or a sticker, the throw line is the edge of the tape that is closer to the board. If you have a raised oche, the throw line is the side of the block that is closer to you.
