It all depends on where your cramps are. Cramps occur when your body isn't getting enough oxygen to the target area. Breathe deep, keep your form straight, and above all else keep your head up. The most common mistake when it comes to cramps is to look down. Looking down constricts your air flow, which will only worsen the cramps.
Also I wanted to add: drink plenty of water. Always stay hydrated; also eat bananas and a lot of fruit
And if your cramps are in your stomach keep breatheing deeply.
I would definitely stretch but sometimes the only way to get rid of running cramps is to just run through them,
To try and avoid or eliminate side cramps while running one should take deep breaths from the belly and not the chest. Shallow breaths should be avoided and remaining hydrated will help.

i don't really know how to get rid of the cramps Ive got the cramps right now, all i can say is don't ever have paracetamol it will just make the cramps worse mostly if you haven't ate anything hope you get better ; )
