first take a shower with the head and shampoo it and then let it dry. When it drys take a tea pot and heat it up till it whistles. then poor the water all over the pocket area (do not get the shooters). take a pocket pounder and pound it or if you dont have on take your knee and press the pocket down.
the mesh that is used on a goalie stick
Monster Mesh and Hard Mesh. Do not use soft mesh cause it can rip easily.
There is no difference. They are the same thing. Although there are 4 different types of monster mesh them being mega mesh (5 diamond), monster mesh (6 diamond), 7, and eight diamond monster mesh. The entire company is called monster mesh but when people say monster mesh they normally mean 6 diamond. :)
nothing. you unstring it do the hot glue and rit dye then restring it. if you dont want it to be unstrung, then just dye the mesh. it wont make the mesh any softer, just change the color of it
What i do is get a traditional lacrosse stringing kit. Put 2 leathers into the ends of the mesh and lace the sides traditionally.
hard mesh soft mesh micro mini mesh 8 diamond 7 diamond 6 diamond 5 diamond Canadian mesh traditional mesh fresh mesh dura mesh sweet mesh (very very hard to find not sold online or really in stores yet)
No. It doesnt stretch far enough.
marc mesh is softer then hard mesh it also is easier to break in and it is waterproof
6 diamond
For a traditional pocket, they have no use in a mesh pocket unless it is an open sidewall goalie stick.
I'm not sure if it can break the mesh, but the cage is much too large.
Yes you can dye the mesh but not the head. i wouldn't suggest dying mesh because it makes it hard. I would advise taking the mesh off before doing so, or doing it before you string the head. Also, you can buy almost any color mesh before stringing your head, which would probably be the easiest way to get the color you want.
