Drink PLENTY of water. You may want to stretch before exercising to decrease to decrease the chances of straining a muscle or tendon. Take plenty of vitamin supplements. (Don't O.D.)

When an -ing verb is used as a noun, it's a gerund. "Jogging" is a gerund in that sentence.
No it is bad to jog anyway. Jogging helps to increase human stamina.
Stamina is gained by doing a little bit at a time and slowly increasing the level of whatever you're doing until you are at your peak. Since you didn't state exactly what you want to gain stamina IN, we cannot be more specific than that.
jogging is the best way for the improvement of our body... when we jogg more and more growth hormone is produced in our body. jogging increases the blood circulation and hence helps growth hormone to reach each and every part of the body easily... just remember always take a water bottle bcoz dehydration makes us fell lazy and makes the production of growth hormone limited.
Maybe you should consider doing a form of exercise which isn't weight-bearing/as stressful to your legs and knees as jogging is. At least, perhaps not until you've gained a bit more stamina. Consider swimming, cycling, pilates, zumba etc.. and work up to jogging.

Please I'm begging you to tell me how do i start my career in UFC? I'm 15 years old boy and 5'9 but my goal is to be at least 6'2 and I work really hard by jogging up to 10 km everyday to work on my stamina and I also work on my flexibility and speed skills (i do not want to start working out before 18 because it stops your growth and no matter how you work out, every time you make your muscles WILL stop your growth) so please answer me!
no, jogging ain't bad for the knees but they might damage your cartilage between the kneecap and can cause arthritis , but with the damage of bone, comes growth and with growth comes sexier and longer legs.
