PRACTICE ! pop harder, jump higher, suck ur knees up to ur chest, concentrate and commit put your front foot just before the center not behind the bolts. get more momentum. put some leg weights on when you practice for a few weeks then after that it will be easier to ollie and you will ollie higher because you will be lighter.
When starting skateboarding it is an acheivement to be able to perform an ollie but when you have been skating for ages you can expect to get higher because of the added practice, there is no such thing as a normal ollie is all to do with practice and level of skill. Hope i helped Matt
