it really depends on which position you wish to play. For example, if you want to play a shooting position (GS or GA) then obviously you will need to have good aim and get majority of your shots in the hoop. In all positions, it helps to be quite fit and able to run for a long period of time. You need to figure out which position you are training to play, and adjust your training in order to meet the requirements of that position.
