No. Roller hockey and street hockey are exactly the same (with the exception that street hockey is sometimes played without roller blades). Therefore, the equipment is the same.
Roller Blades Street goalie pads (make sure you have hockey sucks underneath) Hockey Pants and Can Hockey Chest Chear or "Monkey" Suit Gloves (Catcher & Blocker) Goalie Stick Jersey Mask (Goalie) That is all the standard items. Others that are optional and worn by some goalie include neck guards.
the best goalie in hockey is Roberto luongo
The most obvious changes in the goalie equipment is that since around the 80's, hockey companies have been using synthetic materials. Pleather is now being used for catch gloves, blockers, and leg pads; Mesh and plastic are being used for chest protectors. There were also changes to the amount of padding in the gloves, chest protectors and blockers. Because of this, USA Hockey made certain regulations to the amount of padding allowed on each of these articles of equipment because "it takes away the spirit of hockey".Hope this helped
Soccer goalie gloves differ from other sports athletic gloves because of the padding on the back of the glove to protect the metacarpals on the goalie's hand from breaking if the ball made contact with the back of the goalie's hand. These gloves are almost reminiscent of UFC training gloves except for the fact that the fingers are covered on soccer goalie gloves as well.
goalie
he used to have the 2009 k18s. recently, however, he had been using the newer K18 line of goalie gloves hope this helped
