It varies for seventh graders since they are all at different levels of development. I remember not being very good at track in seventh grade and my times were right around that 35 second range, but I immensy improved my eight grade year and was able to get under 30 seconds. I would say for seventh grade boys, it is typical to see times just under 30 seconds, for a girl, 32-38 seconds is pretty average. Three to four seconds under the average timeis generally where you would see elite runners at who can run records.
Boy's 100m PIAA is 10.58
Idk the record but my middle school record was 11.2 set by Lamaris Reed
The average speed of the world record in the 100m dash is around 37.58 km/h (23.35 mph).
20:58 ...Usain Bolt
9.58s for men and 10.49s for women.
Usain Bolt with 9.58s
Men: Usain Bolt Women: Florence Griffith Joyner
Florence Griffiths-Joyner with 10.49s.
At primary school, everyone competed in one event, a 100m dash.
Set the world record in the 100m dash portion of the race
The current World Record for the men's 100M Sprint is 9.58 seconds by Usain Bolt of Jamaica. The current World Record for the women's 100M Sprint is 10.49 Seconds by Florence Griffith-Joyner of the USA.
LeRoy Burrell did it in June and then Carl Lewis lowered it again in August.
