A 7th grade girl, around the age of 12 or 13, should be able to run a mile in less than 6 minutes if you are in shape. If not in shape, than probably 9 or 10 minutes.

a 7th grade girl running sub 6 would be VERY fast, not average

if you're not in track, i think 7:30-8 is pretty normal

if you do nothing athletic whatsoever outside of p.e. then i agree, probably around 9

A: The 50th percentile for running the mile at age 13 is 10:23.

The 75th percentile for the mile is 8:49.

The 95th percentile for the mile is 7:21.

The 100th percentile for the mile is 5:42.

If you are in that range you are doing fine for age 13.

A good time would be under 8 minutes. I am in great shape and in 7th grade. I ran the mile today and walked about 15 seconds and I got 8 16. All my friends tell me if you jog the whole way and don't get tired, you score lower. You should be really proud if you get lower than 7 00 because the fittest person in our class got 6 58.

It all depends on the girl and what physical condition she is in.

It all depends on how fit the girl is. If they are active and do sports the average time would be 7-9 minutes.
