There are various videos of Daisuke Takahashi landing a 4T-4T combination with the second 4T slightly underrotated. There were reports as early as 2002 that skaters such as Yagudin and Plushenko had attempted 4T-4T and 4A, but there is no proof of this. There has not been a quad-quad combination landed in competition to date (5th Feb 2014).

jump then as you land jump again then as you land jump again and you should do a somersault
Basically, in an axel, you first skate/glide on your strong leg. Then, as you get into the jump, you bring your weaker leg forward and around your body as you twist around, and then when you land, you land on your strong leg and bring your weak leg out behind you. You may want to stretch both of your hands forward for better balance.
Go to the garden of the sphinx, jump on the bird-woman thing and jump onto the plot of land with a pomegranate tree on it. Clikc on the tree and there you go!

You can train for figure skating at your town/city's arena. Training for figure Skating can vary. You need to learn the basics of the sport, the jumps and spins, and the stuff inbetween also known as foot work. Every skater is different. It may take longer for someone to land a simple axel jump than for another.
if you are talking about the waltz jump you basically go from left over right backwards crossovers, then you step forward on your non dominant foot and jump up into the air then land backwards on the opposite foot....hope this helps
No woman has landed on the moon..... yet.
