with treats and what ever the dog likes. example: hook the dog up to the sled and use a ball (if it likes it , if not use treats) to lure it to pull.

They use them to pull sled through the snow.

i think youir talking about a huski dog, they used to a least seven dogs to pull a man/woman on a sled in the snow.
Strong is hard to define. I would say the Husky. Or sled dogs. Do you now how strong a dog has to be to pull a 500lb sled thousands of miles across a frozen wilderness?
