β 12y agoIf it's an adult/teen group let them use Gatorade like mouth wash. It always kept me hydrated and not sick to my stomach. If not that, Honest Kids Organic juice pouches. Sounds weird, but It's light, healthy and full of nutrients.

β 12y agocold water but only a little couple of sips and then wait and rest a few moments if he drinks the whole thing immediently then the players side will ache a lot and the same thing works for gatorade you should not give the players any food that will slow them down quite a lot so just let them pick if they want gatorade or cold water or you can decide for them i say you

It depends what your stomach fluids are strong or weak to break down foods.
The fluids in the stomach have to be acidic to digest and break down food that comes in.
If the player does it more than two times he is fined. But it's no problem for the player because he most likely gets paid a lot of money.
