Swimming is a great sport as it is the sport you sweat most in, and has the least stress on your joints. If you start swimming in a club (theres lots around-they're really good fun!), after 6 weeks, the fitness will start to show and you'll become really toned and slim!
helps you get fit, you can make friends and gives you something to aim for like winning competitions getting pb's (personal bests). gives you the ability to do what say cheerleaders cant do. swimming is hard but rewarding.
