Tom eats the same diet as most people do. He eats carefully and healthily whilst training and in competitions because he wants to keep his weight and muscles on a par. When he has finished a competition he enjoys himself by eating unhealthily ! He likes what most of us do, Bangers and MASH, Curry, fish and Chips, Pizza, Ice Cream.

If training or in competitions he will boost his energy levels by eating sweets or bananas.
He does sometimes pig out and gorge on things he likes just like any other person after competitions end but he knows he can't over-do it. He then has to work harder and get back into shape ready for his next competition.
