Breaststroke is a fairly simple. After you have done your breaststroke pull-out, you will come up for air. You will then duck your head back into the water, you will assume the streamline position. After gliding for a second or two(less if you are racing.), you will scope your arms in a circular position(keep your hands visible. If you cannot see your hands, you are doing it wrong.) while simultaneously "frog kicking". Frog kicking is the action by which you kick your feet in a circular motion, bringing them back together very quickly. When you are bringing your feet back together, you should take a breath then your hands should shoot back in front of you into streamline position. You repeat those steps, and you'll be swimming breaststroke! Hope this helped.
Like freestyle on your back, of course, without having to come up for air. To swim efficiently, though, try rotating in the water and cupping your hands to pull more water behind you, kicking as hard as you can, and pulling as fast as possible. Keep your breathing even, though, and don't exaggerate your rotating either. Pretend like there's a pole going straight down your body just like in freestyle when you rotate.
While on your side in the water use a scissors kick. Stretch your top leg forward and your bottom leg backwards, then bring together. (like a scissors) Then with your bottom arm reach, underwater, towards the direction you are going. Then pull it back towards you towards your top hand. Some people use the phrase, "Pick an apple, put it in the basket." Try Google for a picture.
you swim freestyle by laying on your stomach in the water and kicking with straight legs and kicking from the hips. the stroke you raise your elbows (one arm at a time) with cupped hands and shoot them into the water. then pull underwater and do the same with the other arm. to breathe turn your head to the side during a stroke, and yeahh put it back down.
