It all depends on what you need to stretch for. Some good things to stretch before any sport is your legs, arms, shoulders and ankles. If you stretch these before you exercise then you are less likely to pull a muscle or injure yourself.

Swimming is really a stretch within itself, but if you are particularly prone to muscle cramps, I'd suggest stretching out the arm and leg muscles. These are the most prone to cramps, and as long as you do just some hamstring, quadricep stretches as well as bicep and shoulder stretches you should be fine. Be sure to drink a lot of water as well to further prevent muscle cramps.
