The answer is yes you can. It is much more common however to jump from a fixed wing aircraft rather than a helicopter. Typical helicopters that you can jump from are the Mi-8 and the Belly Huey. They are often available at boogies or Russian dropzones.

Not at all. 1) The plane is going 500 mph. 2)there are no doors to jump out of 3) the plane is pressurized and you can't open the door 4) the plane flys at 36000 feet
