In recent seasons Liverpool has struggled to break into the top four, most likely caused by poor club ownership and bad transfers. However, this season (2013-14), Liverpool has been very strong with the talent and manager they have and are looking more likely to finish in the top four (unlike the Manchesters-who struggle against bottom half teams).
