Yes, it does. See the Related Link below for schedules and fares. You will need to click on the icon on the RIGHT, the one that says, "Click here for lines EAST of Hudson - Harlem, Hudson, New Haven."

The train to Yankee Stadium is on the New Haven line, I believe. If you're coming from Manhattan, select either "Grand Central Station" or "Harlem-125th Street" (whichever is more convenient for you) as your "From" station. If you're coming from somewhere else, then, obviously, you would select that location as your "From" station.

As your "To" station, select "Yankees-E153 ST."

You can buy your tickets online ahead of time, OR you can purchase them at the station. You can also buy your tickets after you've boarded the train, but they will be a few dollars more expensive that way.

Do not stop on railroad tracks or within how many feet of the crossing?

You must stop within 50 feet but no closer than 15 feet of the railroad crossing. Never stop on railroad tracks or go when the gate is down.

How far back should you stop at a railroad crossing if the gates are down?

Stop at the stop lines for the railroad tracks or if there aren't any there stop 15 - 20 feet away from the gates.

Take the Uptown A or C (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from 34th Street-Penn Station to 59th Street-Columbus Circle. At 59th Street-Columbus Circle, transfer to the Uptown B or D trains.
