Well icyhot always helps but it is irritating. And I would recomend putting on a glove or something to put it on so that you dont get it on your hands. But if you dont have icyhot then a heating pad and then icy or maybe a hot shower could help make the muscle loosen up and not be so sore. Trust me I've dont these things before and they help. especially IcyHot because even though you may not like it, it makes you feel a lot better than you would have in the morning.
