9 ft 7 in.

Below is an improvement to the above incorrect answer.

Using the following:

1. A ruler

2. The Michael Jordan Wings photo showing him palming a Basketball with his right hand while his arms are outstretched

3. Diameter of a basketball = 9.39 inches (assuming he is holding a men's regulation ball)

On my laptop I measured the diameter of the ball in a blow up of this photo at 3.5mm. I measured the distance from the center of his neck to the tip of his left middle finger at 15.5mm. So, assuming his right arm is the same length as his left arm, then his wingspan is given by the following formula:

Wingspan = [(15.5 x 2) x 9.39]/3.5 ~ 83 inches

I estimate with a margin of error of 1/2 inch that his wingspan is 83 inches.

Expressed in feet and inches that is a wingspan of 6' 11" aka 6ft 11in.
