They get paid for one very simple reason. They're good at it. They train hard, Also have you considered how many people watch them play? Also to help prove my point why do Baseball players, football players, Rugby, cricket ,and softball players get paid? Therefore if you don't like soccer, but like some other sport ask yourself, why are they getting paid in that sport. Furthermore, why do people who work get paid? For the same reason as soccer players, to achieve a good standard of living.
because they might fall over when kicking the ball
Majority of girls do not like football , because it is fast and many footballers get seriosly injured and because they feel it is silly thus kicking a ball around.
Yes of course
obstruction, kicking the ball, lifting it in the air, high stick, dangerous swing
The accuracy of a female (or any other player) kicking a soccer ball from the end line to about midfield will vary. It will vary from kick to kick if the same player takes two consecutive kicks. It will vary from player to player. It will also be affected by the ball and the field conditions (and that includes weather).
I assume you mean "field goal." Yes, this is possible, if the ball is blocked and never crosses the line of scrimmage, and the kicking team recovers. The kicking team could also recover the ball past the line of scrimmage if the kicking team touched the ball first.
No if it hits the turf it is a dead ball and place where the line of scrimmage was
Yes. In both college and the NFL, if a field goal attempt does not cross the line of scrimmage and is recovered by the kicking team, they will continue with possession of the ball. This ruling doesn't really come into play on 4th down kicks because the kicking team will lose possession of the ball on downs. But on third down, if a field goal attempt is blocked and the ball does not cross the line of scrimmage, should the kicking team recover the ball they keep possession and it will be fourth down. If the ball crosses the line of scrimmage, possession goes to the defense.
Yes, ball preasure does effect kicking distance.
Your tarsals and metatarsals are used when kicking a ball because they are in your foot
footballers need good balance so they don't fall over when they have the ball.
Either a 'Tee' to hold the ball on 3 plastic fingers, or a human placeholder. The "Tee" is not allowed in kicking field goals and points after touchdowns.
